I have lived in the Skagit Valley since 1999 and have enjoyed all of the area’s outdoor activities. Through raising my two children I have learned even more about applying OT principles in the family context. I believe that the parents/caregivers are the experts on their child and are an essential part of the treatment team. Each child has their own unique gifts and it is my joy to help them expand their abilities.
I received a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Missouri and a Master of Science in occupational therapy from the University of Indianapolis. I have worked in a variety of settings including inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient pain management, and home-based pediatrics. My treatment includes a variety of approaches, with a special interest in sensory processing.
